Yes, Insert egg into mouth. begin sucking. this will create a vaccum but the opening of your mouth will stop it from being sucked down your throat. Don't suck it down your throat. that could be bad.

... i do that..my grand mother did, my mum did and now i do too
well first thing u need to wash it, then get a pin/needle and make a little hole on the top then put your finger on it and turn the other way around and make a hole at the bottom, turn around and put a pinch of salt inside... then start sucking remember to release the hole at the bottom so that air get get through and the egg will flow... yum....
i know i am weird.....
PS only drink free range eggs !!!

Carefully pierce a hole with a needle in the top and bottom of the egg and GENTLY blow the insides into a mug! If it cracks do it again! (It'll crack the first couple of times!)
