to determine the speed from the plot of position versus the time you can take any position from the graph and then find the time for reaching this position then you can divide the position to time to give you the speed according to this equation:

speed = ( position / time) m/s

The slope at any given point of time is the speed. If the speed is constant, the slope will be constant too and the plot will be a straight line.
