Yes, think about as a child.....
For months you thought about your Christmas present....dreamed of it.....talked about it.....wondered about it....
AND
Christmas Day comes you get that all wonderful toy........
By New Year's Day it is starting to collect dust.....
Peace.

Good Question. Having is great, however, wanting is what makes life exciting. I have a condo on the beach, now I dream of a house on the beach. I drive an Aston Martin db9, now I want a Ferrari, I have diamonds, never enough. LOL
So your answer is wanting is more enjoyable, the challenge to get there is the fun. So here it is..if you do not want, you will not strive for it.

Definitely!
I think that the fantasy of having some thing can be much more fun!!
For example, wanting and fantasizing about being with a certain person, can be much more fun then actually being with that person.
You usually do not get let down in the wanting/fantasy of that person!

Yes sometimes getting is a real let down. It is not quite what you expected or you found something else, or changed your mind (I do that) However going home is always wonderful and never a let down! Merry Christmas to you! I cannot wait to see my children and grandchildren and my sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws and eat and play and cook! And smooch them all up! And go to midnight mass with my daughters! Good times!

you must want to have No need To not have
Whom told you one can not HAVE,
it is there for the taking
As in Rule you learn from technique
and when there is a way you follow the rule
AS IN LANDSCAPING ask cow -girl SHE PLAYS WITH MATCHES !!
As she is TOTAL
she works for land not as a Horse
she tames them with her cowboy and she
tends to the green land of Clover [Sea Green]
Eyes NO DOUBT.!!
