I am never satisfied with the way I look. I am always trying to look better, and it consumes all my thought life. I always have a picture in my head concerning how I look when out in public, and don't relax much, as I often worry if I still look alright. Is this a Michael Jackson complex? I've had it all my life.

Well, it's true... I was called ugly, and certain flaws were pointed out to me much as a child, and ridiculed, until I had them fixed.
