my friend made me watch the video...now i cant eat, but im starving...should i blame my friend for this?

Just consantrate on something else. I haven't watched the video because I've seen the reactions and everything. Just wait a while to eat ice cream/pudding etc but while you eat anything just think about something else to take your mind off of it.
