Should you be part of any union through your employment they have assistance which most people are not aware of that will supply you with s great reantl agreement and or even go over the rentl agreement that you area bout to sign in either case. Also, if you are looking to rent anything thing in most cities there is a store that is called a FORM store. They have ANY form you may be looking for. YOu name it they got it. And you can add an addendum to the form if should not give specil requirements/agreement you want added that are not listed. These forms stores are legal and so are the documents. If you live in the city of Philadelphia there is one that is located on Juniper Street in Center City. The name of the store I am not sure of but it's still there. Or you can simple look on any governement site or on the web for one but read it carefully and print it out. Hope this helps

You can do what Gk says or go to Office Max and buy a book of rent receipts (around $3). They are what I use. They print in two copies so you have one to give your tenant and one to keep for your own records.
