I do a little of both. It depends on the mood. I've been known to get my Baby all "hot and bothered" and calm and comfortable. But for the most part, with others, I tend to calm people down. It's the nature of my job.

I calm people down because I know that stirring things up dose not solve problems or change the situation. the calmer you are the easier it is to come to a solution .
