Are you in an apartment or a single home? You have a clogged pipe and it is below the kitchen. You can pick up a Very cheap lil hand held "Drain Snake" You obviously used a plunger to Unclog the sink forcing the clog deeper. Do you keep a screen over the end of your washer drain hose? These are available at most any Food store in the laundry isle. The screen traps lint before it can get stuck to the wall of pipes Clogging them. The link turns to cement in the pipes and a snake is the best way to knock it loose ,short of taking the pipes apart . Good luck, Steve
