Pmsl Phil - In all my years of Scouting I can honestly say that I never have and we're supposed to be reknown for helping old ladies cross the road !!

my husband thinks this is my quest in life.i seem to do this on a regular basis.although i did help one the other week and god love her she was so slow and the road so wide that the lights changed while we were still in the middle of the road!
all the drivers started to make 'that' face.i thought i was going to end up a martyr to the biddy crossing cause!

Yes...and I HAVE. I've also helped complete strangers (elderly and disabled) do their shopping because they couldn't read labels and such...even when in all reality, I didn't have the TIME to.
"Pay it forward."
Eventually, some day, you'll need to be helped too...and it's amazing how many people there are out there that see someone who is OBVIOUSLY struggling, yet turn a blind eye.
