i found this turbo kit on ebay,$400 sameday shipped with 60 days warranty,should i get this for my brother's Civic EK9?
please check it out and give me some opinions.

It's garbage, don't waste your $. The welds on the manifold are well known for cracking, at the very least leaving the turbo hanging in the air, and sending the wastegate tumbling to the road. The turbochargers themselves are horrible too. The oil seals on them go out, and your turbo starts to over heat & is destroyed. For a decent turbo kit (which doesn't come with most of the engine management parts you need), will cost at least $1,500.

i dont know about the turbo but you need to change some internal parts in the civic before putting a turbo.
there some turbos kits that are made for stock cars but i dont know if that one is . try puttin a supercarger no need of replacing nothing just bolt ons
