Why can't we have the water recycled back to our toilets for flushing? Do you know how much water we use flushing our toilets? Maybe if a person having a shower in a bathtub let the water run into the tub with the plug in they would realize after their shower how much water it took and buy a timer that they could hang somewhere and time their showers so they didn't use much water.

All water is recycled here and the lagoons are just across the freeway. I can see them from my window. I can also smell them in the spring when they thaw. But anyway we don`t pay a water bill here so we don`t worry about it.
