It is good that your teacher suggested that you start thinking about your future because your grades next year will start counting toward your grade point average for college entrance. It is however just as important that you focus on the here and now. Have you ever heard the expression: Yesterday is history; tomorrow is a mystery; today is a gift, that's why they call it the present?
Enjoy your life.
As for being a model and a lawyer. It is possible though possibly not at the same time. In today's work world most people have several careers before they retire.
I have a friend who started out as a model for a local department store and ended her career as a buyer for the whole store. This took place over a 20 year period.
You could work as a model to help pay your way through law school. Or of course you could work at disneyworld if you would rather do that. I do not know what the laws are in Florida but in California you have to be 16 before you can get a job without your parents premission. So you could certainly work while in high school. It might be better however if you started out doing jobs that were in the field where you want to work. Perhaps you could do some research by calling around to modeling agencies or lawyer's offices and find out what work you could volunteer to do for them this coming summer. That would give you an in toward going to work for them after you are old enough.

In fact, I would never suggest to someone that they plan their whole life around being a model, so the only way I would recommend it would be if you had plans for another career too. Why? Because even if you are successful as a model (and it is very competitive, and not something that everyone can do - unless you happen to be tall and have the right bone structure, your chances are almost nothing), most models' careers are over some time in their mid-twenties. Sure, there are a few exceptions, but most models are somewhere between the ages of 14 and 25. That would leave you with decades with nothing to do! So being a lawyer is also a good career goal, because almost no one is a lawyer before the age of 25, since you need to go through three years of law school after college.
As far as Disneyworld goes, they certainly hire both high school and college students, especially during the summer. In fact, they have a great internship program during the summer which combines a job and classes for which you can get college credit.

Like others have said, you probably can't bank on being a fashion model your whole life. Even if you have a successful career for a while, chances are it will peter out eventually. Kate Moss and pals are rare exceptions to the rules! However, commercial models and character models have much more career longativity going for them. It also helps if you have additional skills like dance or acting, as you can use these as fall backs. Also, think about studying make-up or hair alongside it as it will give you another fall back if your "in front of the camera" work goes quite.
Being a lawyer is something you can do pretty much forever but it is fiercely competitive. Too many wannabes, too few jobs! Research law schools and see what they require and see if you can get a summer job helping out at a small firm - looks great on your CV when it's time to go get a real job.
I can't imagine its possible to do both once you're a working lawyer. These people are pulling in 40-50 hour weeks - I can hardly imagine a partner is going to take the words "Can't do that right now - have a casting to go to!" very kindly. However, it would be possible to be a model and go to law school. I know one girl who paid her way through law school modelling! But, be forwarned - both of these are very time consuming activities so this isn't an option for the faint hearted.

As far as seeking a career in both, probably not. Each profession takes a lot of dedication. Becoming a lawyer is no easy task - takes usually 7-8 years to complete school, not too mention the exams you have to take. As for modeling, there's a lot of pressure and competition to make it to the top. However, if you just want to model on the side to make a little extra money while in school or whatever, I'm sure it would be okay as a part-time gig.
As for getting a job at Disneyworld, that's definitely possible. Disneyworld constantly offers internships to college students. In addition, they offer internships covering many different majors . I'll provide the link for you. Good luck to you.

You can't be a model (well, the ones that do runways and high fashion shoots anyway) all your life, you can being a lawyer. Why not model whilst training to be a lawyer? That way, you get to do both - it will be hard, but it has been done.
For more information on modeling, visit:
http://www.newmodels.com - has loads of information for those wishing to wise up on the industry
http://www.models.com - has forums where you can learn about the industry and post questions. You can also chose to create a free portfolio if you want agencies to contact you if they're interested. However, if you're under 18, you'll need you parent(s)/guardian(s) permission to post your pictures.

First the lawyer part, top 10% in HS class. Next, must enter at least 2nd tier undergrad school, which will require SAT score of roughly 1400+ plus exc. HS grades. To enter law school will require min. 3.3 GPA and 160+ on LSAT to have a shot at a decent law school. Assuming you get in, expect 50-60 hours per week of study for 3 years and a very stringent weeding out program. Assuming you graduate, you still need to take the state bar exam to practice law.
If you do law, there will be no time to do modelling, a fact of life.
