you DO have the correct spelling, some people just can't spell. yes, ethical, why not? but perhaps not hygienic. who knows where those hands've been?

yes, it is ethical, as long as u don't smell your fingers right after u shake their hands, or anyone's hands, for that matter

1) They wear gloves while examining their patients.
2) It would be rude to not shake hands with someone who offered

they clean their hands with soap and wear gloves for exams...besides which...if you went with your wife or girlfriend, he's been touching the same things you have (and she has)...so get real.
