2. you have no idea how lucky you are to have hot neighbor
3.going out with your neighbor can be a bad thing sometime, cause if you break up you still have to see each other cause you guys are right next door
4. if i had hot neighbor i wouldn't make a move cause it's my neighbor

pass over and pretend you the two could borrow something, or loosen your cable on your television so curiously such as you're having issues of it and notice if she's "having the comparable subject." needless to say, she heavily isn't. yet you could introduce your self. right that is a tip: be stunning, and be sparkling. Just talk to him. If he has a girlfriend you don't want to get involved. If he doesn't then go for it.
Just remember though, if things don't work out he's still going to live next door.

It would depend on your age...I mean like if you're 11, I'm not gonna tell you to "go for it" and if you're 17, I'll tell you to "try to get to know him on a casual and friendly basis before you "start something up" with him." But if you're 25, I say, "JUMP HIS BONES!!!"=)
