I can't think of anything for 2007 right now but I do remember a couple of years ago when I bought something BIG at a garage sale. When I asked one of the men who was hanging around if he would please help me just to lift it somebody (can't remember who) chimed in with "where's your husband?"

First of all, allow me agree that this can be a bummer. People getting shot is in most cases now not a well factor. But at the scale of tragedies... even ones occuring proper now, this is not relatively very massive. Thirty men and women die close to day-to-day in Iraq, and you'll be able to wager that close to they all are simply as blameless bystanders. When you evaluate the relative sizes of the nations and the relative frequencies of such occurrances, it makes Iraq's present trouble a minimum of 1000s of instances worse. Frankly, this make it very, very disappointing to me that American insurance policy of Iraq has all however wholly dropped off the inside track networks as they spend days going over this occasion. I can guarantee you, I'm now not the one one doing the above Iraqi calculation and thinking about if Americans suppose each and every in their possess lives to be 1000s of instances extra priceless than the lives of men and women in different international locations. I understand that is an unfair factor to mention. I understand that Americans don't seem to be relatively like that. But on an emotional degree, whatever like this are not able to aid however make me surprise... Peace.

Well...this was harassment. A dumb@$$ pins me to the wall while passing by and asked me to make love to him. I want to beat him up, but I can't because I need to keep my good student standings. A ha! I'll accidentally trip on the stairs.
Oh and the fact that a lot of my teacher make sly rmarks about females. But I don't give a ****.

It occurs in the workplace. Older men (former military) have a hard time accepting a young woman in a higher position than them, so it's a constant struggle. Other than that, it's just the regular double standards when it comes to a woman's body and "morals." BUT as a woman I feel that I have more to be thankful for than not. I'm concerned about women in third world countries who don't enjoy the same freedoms, we're certainly no victims in the West.

What I see is being a father and their just so happens to be a women/mother who gets every respect and custody of children regardless of how good the father is and how bad the mother is.
CHILD CUSTODY is the most sexist arena to be in for any gender, in any situation.

I told the staff at my local rec center that I was a modern man, sensitive to the identity, needs, issues, and struggles of women. I told them that I loved women with all my heart.
The judgmental jerks kicked me out of the ladies' locker room and threatened to call the police if I ever set foot on the premises again.
