The best shot for the bouncer is to offer "no shot" to the bouncer as it have high element of risk involved in to to play the bouncer. The batsman could easily get out on a bouncer.
2nd best option is to hook, if the bowler doesnt have pace in the delivery.

Pull shot.In 2002 worldcup Andy Caddick bowled a Bouncer Against Sachin.he pulled the bat thru leg side and the ball was out of the stadium.Even sachin wont forget that shot.
