I have done a Cap GC analysis of Xylene mix.

I have the Chromatogram and the chromatogram report which shows the retantion time peak area and area%.

how can I calculate the relative peak area from the above information?

The retention time peak area is the area under the particular peak ,the % area is the particular peak area divided by total area of all the peaks in the chromatogram. So to find out the content check the area % corresponding to the retention time of the compound of interest.

Ya you have to integrate your peaks, I believe. What are the units of your axes? If you have the numerical data, like in excel, you can do a numerical integration using the trapezoid rule. Feel free to email me your data, I'll be happy to look at it.
