But seriously, pretty much nothing. Sure, a lot of ice would melt, but it would refreeze pretty quickly.
I suppose that there would be a measureable amount of fallout, especially in places like northern Scandinavia and Siberia. But that's about it. (It would do nothing to accelerate global warming, which is caused by greenhouse gases. Nor would it "knock the earth off its axis" or any such silliness.)

Just a big hole in the ice cap and a lot of radioactive slush and some radioactive clouds drifting away. And a lot of kids very unhappy about what some terrible person did to Santa Claus and his elves.

Is it not obvious, the huge amounts of ice would be disturbed which would lead to floods, possible tsunamis and rising sea levels. In short it would not be good!
