John Wayne was a great American. Dedicated to his country. His career was long and varied and he is still listed in the top 10 of favorite movie stars all over the world. He made war pictures for the soldiers, cowboy pictures to entertain us. You could take your entire family to see a John Wayne picture and there would be something for everyone. He left a charitable legacy as well. He was a consomate professional to work with and remembered the "little" people as well as giving starts to young actors.

because he believed in and loved America........
his portrayal in many films of a soldier was done with
love in his heart for many men that gave their life for
this country.
To this day..... John Wayne will always be an icon for
the Red, White and Blue......
He spent many hours out of film to honor the Veterans
of this country......
I love watching his films.....no one could speak with
natural conviction in their voice like John Wayne.
He was a man for all men.....and loved by women that envied
his respect for his family.
Hollywood was very lucky to have embellished the
net profit they did from such a loved and appreciated
character.
