Some states have (or at least had) a civil cause of action called "alienation of affection." According to Wikipedia, West Virginia no longer has this type of action, but I can't vouch for its accuracy. Assuming, he could sue and win, a judge or jury would have to put a value on the affection that was alienated, which may be quite low in any case.

So, you and your buddy both nailed her, on the same day, and sounds like she was a willing participant, and you're adults over the age of 18....so why would you have to go to court? Doesn't sound like anything illegal from what you said. Granted, it is W VA aka Wrong Turn fame, but still don't think it's anything illegal.

Traditionally there was a charge called "seduction," but it doesn't exist any more. No criminal or civil charges are possible over the mess you've helped make.

What crime have you committed? Your actions may be immoral, but to the best of my knowledge, they are not illegal.
