I'm 28 and still believe. When I was 8, I heard sleighbells and a ho ho ho outside our house, on the roof. There had been an ice storm so the streets were dead, and I also lived in a business district (Next to a doctor's office, across from a museum). There may be a logical explanation for it, but I like the Santa theory better. :-D

I don't have that single moment where I suddenly realized that santa didn't exist. So the question is did I ever believe in the first place? Or do I still believe?

i remember sitting in the basement looking at the furnace and the little bitty flue leading into the chimney of our house and wondering how Santa could possibly get through it (there was no fireplace), and why he wouldn't burn up in the firebox before he ever got out of that tiny vent at the bottom. I guess I was six or so. I listened to the explanations get progressively weirder for several years, but didn't entirely quit believing until I was about 54--well, not entirely......

Garret After the age of 12 I had to stop believing in anything mythical and even in fantasy.Mature adults do know all the differences and get on with their lives.You just have to stop believing in hype and other things like this you described in the subject of santa claus.I hope you know what is what between everything that you learn.GOOD LUCK to you.
