GIVE HOMEWORK to a HOMELESS CHILD?

A homeless child is no different from a child with a home when it comes to getting an education. Of course that child should be given the opportunity to learn at the same time assistance and support should be given with seeking a place to stay. Sometimes the little things can prevent other issues from occurring. If the child is at school give that child a chance to be educated. I'm sure there are resources available for this child and the childs family.

And If They Are They Wouldn't Be Going To School

And Yes All Children Should Get Homework In School

The teacher should be more concerned about the fact the child is homeless.

YES! Knowledge is power. And that may be the way into a home someday for that kid! Homework is not punishment!

yes, because it will teach him things. just because he is homeless doesnt mean he should be exempt from learning procedures. if anything, it will make him a better person

Of course.How do you expect them to learn and move up in life.Another kind of discrimination.All kids in class should be treated the same with the same expectations.

Yes, why would he/she be any different. If they are interested in learning i would imagine they would want some sort of work they can do at home.
