The court and the bank is evicting me. I desperatly need some help. My credit score is 425 and I also have a tax lein against, but I have been paying that off. I will do anything to get this resolved. PLEASE HELP!!

My income is &1050 a month. I have been living here since 1994, I got a 30 year loan, Ibegged the courts and banks not to evicted me, but it seems they dont really care they just want payment or I get out.

File bankruptcy, they will hold off the foreclosure for awhile.

Your credit aint that terrible.goin thru sites such as www.prosper.com is fair tho.But i ll suggest you try out this too; staffloans@rentasaliran.com. The company gives loans to its staffs only but on recommendation(and that you also have a Job),you might be considered.I ve not said they wud give you, but i think its worth checking out...
