I recently started a new part time job as a full time student. I work with the owner of the business(es) on a daily basis. A manager steals food for his friends-but won't let me have my 50% off, flirts inappropriately with girls 1/2 his age that are in high school (and HATES the fact I don't acknowledge him), also steals $ from our purses while we are working.
How can I get the owner to catch him red handed? This man did my schedule for the week-and totttally ripped me off on hours... esp days where I work for tips. *He didn't do this to anyone else*

Oh, the purse issue has to stop. I'd probably bring an old thrift store purse full of broken glass and thumb tacks or something...don't tell a soul you're doing it, though. Let him explain why he's bleeding.
