The last couple days my computer was having trouble starting up. I would press the on button and it would take 5 minutes for the "beep" to sound, and the monitor to get affected.

Then today I turn my computer on and a nasty toxic burning smell started emitting from my computer. I dont know what happened! but I immediately turn the computer off and put it outside.

Ah what happened? How to fix?

You're going to have to open the chassis and see what smoked. Do the sniff test if you don't see the burn marks. Probably not the power supply, that would be more dramatic and sparky.

Odds are your computer is toast, and you'll need to just put your drive in a new one and get your data back.

Wow this is REALLY dangerous
Every computer screen (CTR Computer Screen)

Have a toxic gas in it
This thing can explose (not a mega explosion but...)

That mean your computer is really old and it"s time to change computer. You can't really fix that without fear that it start again. and That chimic gas is very toxic.

Unless you know how to open up a computer, you better take it into the shop. Sounds like you might have some bad hardware. Continuing to run it could cause more damage.

Yea, i might placed an more suitable capacity grant in. sounds such as you'll be overtaxing the single you have (obtainable that is basically growing to be older and failing with the help of itself) and for decrease than a pair pounds greater, basically pass with the watt. needless to say, better, often talking = louder fan, if this could be a attention. Oh, and don't burn your place down; cease using the previous one ASAP.

It's the PSU. Stop using your computer entirely until you get the PSU replaced, or it could destroy everything in your computer.
