Of the Sea tuna have feathers?

Well, last summer we went deep sea fishing, and I caught a chicken of the sea tuna. It was really quite strange. I looked sort of like a fish with a scaly tail and fins and head, but it had a beak, and it's body and wings had feathers. What was really funny looking though was those silly looking legs hanging down underneath.
