i want to move somewhere nice where theres alot of metal heads not alot of racism good enviorment friendly people jobs etc all that good stuff any recomendations and please explain what iwould have to do to move.

There are sites you can log on to and research places. Be sure you do a lot of that first, visit the place several times and really look around.
A warning; small towns are like high school cliques, many don't like "outsiders". They have garbage jobs and there isn't much to do.
I know Baltimore is really rough, have relatives there and my family dates back there to the early 1800's too. But would I live there, no way!
