To be as famous as the talking hamster, you'd have to do a lot of sucking up, brown nosing, etc. Otherwise, you'd need to think up some really good questions and answers, and become one of the Y!A celebrities.
The actual celebrities who appear once in a while, are true actors, politicians, etc. They usually ask one question, get a thousand answers, then usually don't come back.
