I think most parents would most like time spent with you and time spent with each other. A good gift would be a picnic basket. I know most stores like Target and Walmart carry them with a set of plates, cups, utinsils, and some even include wine sets. This is a gift that the whole family can enjoy by going on a day trip and packing a lunch. Your parents can also enjoy this on their own time. They can pack up some wine and goodies and head out for a romantic picnic date.
Good Luck and Merry Christmas!
