I've only eaten dog, so I could not say
Armadillo? Where did you get that?
And why should that make me a budding serial killer?
Oh, gosh! I made it up! I don't want to start our life together based on a lie. Do you forgive me?.

DOGS! Dogs are more friendly, and cuddly. The problem with cats is they don't really show there personalities. If you're at the shelter, you can tell which dog is vicous and psycho (usually). But cats are kind of all the same. Then you get it home and its mean and crazy. Doesn't like to be touched, etc. Of course this still happens with dogs, but its easier to tell if the dog is good or not.
Also, y can take dogs out with you. You can't really take a cat to the park or anything fun. Animals are supposed to be companions. What good are they, if they're only companions at home?

I love both cats and dogs. I have 2 cats and 1 dog.
But I have to say that I'm more of a dog person than a cat person because from what I've lived with both of my cats and my dog, dogs are more playful, they need you more for everything, and they're more clingy and need more attention. Cats are more independent and have their own minds and I just love it when my pup cuddles with me while we watch tv or brings me his toys for a game of fetch. I can't get my cats to sit on my lap for more than a minute to pet them without getting bitten or scratched.
Btw: some people say cats dont smell as bad as dogs... it REALLY depends on the individual cat or dog. My dog is the best smelling dog i've ever had or seen, he always smells like his shampoo, he hasn't ever had that "doggish" smell and he's only smelled kind of strange (but not bad) if too much time has passed between baths. On the other hand my cat's butt smells so bad... i can't describe it.. and there's nothing wrong with him because we had him checked at the vet, it's just the way he smells.

Cats rule...dogs drool...
Cats are low maintenance...they don't bug the heck out of you all the time...they can walk themselves...they don't smell near as bad as dogs do. But they're still there to be loved and petted.
They just aren't as demanding as dogs are!!!

Dogs!.... I love how they can follow you around the house and just watch everything you do... I love their fast ability to learn new things, and how smart they can be.

DOGS, hands down! -- loyal, loving, cuter, come when you call, loving, respond to training, and loving. When I look into my dog's eyes, I see God staring back.
