Are there any full backs in the NFL with the #12? If not, are there any plain runningbacks in the NFL with the #12? If not, are there any full backs in the NFL with the #36?

Please give answers of really good players if you can.

Numbers 1-19 are Quarterback, kicker and punter numbers only. Numbers 20-49 are for defensive backs, running backs and fullbacks. 50-79, 90-99 are for lineman, and linebackers. 80-89 and 10-19 are for receivers.

No, usually fullbacks and halfbacks are given the numbers 20-49 in the NFL. As for the number 36 it's a good possiblity but I don't know of any. Jerome Bettis wore 36 but he was a half back.

Like mostly everyone else said, that number is usually reserved for QB's and special team players. (Kicking and punting) Now days the NFL is allowing some receivers to wear numbers in the teens but running backs have to chose numbers in the 20 to 49 range reserved for backs, both on defense and offense. Reggie Bush tried to keep his college number, but the NFL did not allow him to do it.

Justin Griffith (FB Oakland #36)

Shaud Williams (RB Buffalo #36), Ron Dayne (RB Houston #36), Kenton Keith (RB Indianapolis #36), Brian Westbrook (RB Philadelphia #36), Aveon Cason (RB Detroit #36)

Justin Griffith is pretty good too.

Hope this helps!
