I am looking for an excersie that will tone up my stomach but not take from my "breast" too much
I am 17-18
I am a size 2-3
I am a 36c
and i would like to tone my legs like when i was in cross country so i started running 5-10mins in the morning how much should i increase this and when?
any sugesstions?
i was told to get a personal trainer but i thought there might be something i can do at home
