I am looking for an excersie that will tone up my stomach but not take from my "breast" too much
I am 17-18
I am a size 2-3
I am a 36c

and i would like to tone my legs like when i was in cross country so i started running 5-10mins in the morning how much should i increase this and when?

any sugesstions?
i was told to get a personal trainer but i thought there might be something i can do at home

Doing crunches (similar to a sit-up) can sometimes be helpful to toning the stomach area. Another thing you can do that my mom told me about is to try and pull the stomach muscles in a little bit throughout the day for about 5 to 10 minutes.

For the legs, walking can be very helpful as well.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
