we have not been intimate except that when one of us tells a joke, maybe on laughing we would hit each other on the shoulder, cheek, thigh, etc.

she shows care and concern more than just friends, like our everyday routines and personal matters ( not intimate ).
she stays in touch and makes special effort and pays attention to you.
return the actions same and if already have a partner...best is to stay a distance but still accepting her advances....but not intimate?

Otherwise... enjoy the friendship. Telling her how you feel will likely ruin everything.
