No theres nothing wrong with you! Do u know how many times ive cried from stress?

Crying DOES help...it lets it all out and makes the load lighter.

Get some magazines, like seventeen or allure or vogue or whatever you like. Set up a hot bubble bath (with LOTS of bubbles) and light some candles. Then just read and soak in the bath.

try relaxing and watching a movie while eating popcorn and pigging out on chocolate and your favorite candy. It really helps. Or eat right out of a tub of ice cream. I LOVE doing that!

Yeah, running does help sometimes. But most of the time im too lazy to run.

If blasting your music helps than do it! whatever makes u feel better.

Find a good book and read.

Or ask your mom if u could miss one day (obviously NOT an exam day) of school and just take it easy. Tell her u just need some time to relax from all of the stress that school brings.

Oh and this might sound weird, but wearing tight clothes can make u feel suffocated too... wear like a tshirt and comfy pants and maybe a sweatshirt. Dressing comfortable really helps.

Good luck! Hugs and Kisses!=]

Honestly speaking you have medical problems. Stress slowly deteriorates health & kills the person too. Most of the patients develop stones in their bodies in kidneys, gall bladders, urine bladders & lever due to stress(mostly women). Some cancerous cells too develop b coz of stress. Women 's healths are badly affected by anxiety, stress & phobia much worse than men, proved by medical science. One must not be addicted by any one thing througout the day or long time. Positive thinking , positive attitude, sweet & soft interaction with family members, relatives, friends & immediate neighbours & change of places like outing at naturally beautiful places a little away from residential place weekly keeps one fresh & life full of interest & enthusiasm. Continuous chage in some part of lifestyle is necessary. Worship of God even for short time too solves the stress problem a little bit , proved scientifically. I regularly attend neasest govt. hospital posters' exhibition to know new things. For a woman above 20 : (1) annual check up of whole body (2) ECG & body scanning for any cancer after every 6 months is a must. Lack of regular sex with spouse too creates many unknown tensions & restlessness. Please get yourself medically checked up thoroughly & act accordingly. Good luck.

I believe that everyone has their own ways of relief. If loud music helps you, do so. I personally, go to the movie to get carried away by the story, the music, the scenes. This helps me a bit. It offers me two hours of less stress and after that, my thought are more clear.

Sounds like a pattern of reaction has been imprinted in your mind so that when stress and worry come you slide right into this pattern of reaction and it is like you have no control over it.

You could try at the very moment you feel this coming on. Lay down and begin trying to reprogram yourself. Relaxation of your nerves is one way to do this. Tighten your body from head to your feet and feel how tense this is. Then concentrate on releasing every bit of tension you feel. I mean every single bit until you feel you are almost floating. It is very difficult for stress to operate under this relaxed condition.

Fright causes "Faint, fight or flight"
Run Like Forrest when you have these feeling for relief. Prayer also helps. This sounds like panic attacks so a physician may be a good move. Blessings- Juju

You may have an anxiety problem. But it sounds like the music thing is working, so I guess you got it under control.

The Buddha said (and I'm paraphrasing), all matters in life fall into 2 categories, things you can do something about and things you cannot.
If your concern falls into the first category, then do something about it, then there is no need to worry.
If your concern falls in the second category, there is nothing you can do about it so there is no need to worry...

Sounds like you are having anxiety attacks. It would be a good idea to talk to your family doctor about them. He might be able to prescribe some mood elevators that would help.

Good Luck.
