A Beautiful Mind or Dark City--I love both of those.
Requiem is a great movie also, but it's just too darn depressing for me.
I'll always have a special place in my heart for Labyrinth.

...performance-wise, I'd have to say 2000's "Requium for a Dream", but I have to admit, 1985's "Phenomena" is a guilty-pleasure favorite...
