In Alabama, if you are convicted of ANY drug or alcohol offense, your license is automatically suspended for 6 months. Don't know about Georgia.

Are you FROM Georgia? If so, check up on their laws about underage consumption, as well as juvenile driving restrictions. If not, research these laws for your home state.

Probably not, if you go before a judge and say you'll never do it again. Best thing is to make sure they know you're aware you made a mistake and are sorry. I don't know the law, but a judge can tell, if you're contrite about it.

I don't think so. That would be a separate charge. You was not driving right? Don't worry, you will get a slap on the wrist.

You will have it suspended for at least 6 months.
I live in GA, too, & I had mine suspended just for having paraphnalia w/residue in my car. That was 10 years ago. It might be worse now. Sucks to be you.

Most likely not since you were not driving at the time, but it's up to the judge.
