I am new to this whole high speed internet thing. I still use dial-up and I'm tired of it! I'm thinking about getting Road Runner from Time Warner because I already have Time Warner Cable. So, how does it work? Do I have to get rid of AOL? Someone please explain....Thanks in advance for answers.

You can still use your AOL account but Comcast will provide you with a modem. It is a lot faster than dial up. You can also talk on the phone and use the computer at the same time.

road runner is barely broadband. when get past 128wtr ull realize there's no need 4 aol. had to get my mom over the same thing. n guess what she'd never go back.

but u can still use aol, but it'll slow your comp down. write or copy&paste what u need silly. thats the point of comps, efficiency.

I fix computers for a living, and i have seen nothing but problems with AOL, im not trying to tell you what to do, but if you can help it, try to stay away from AOL.

If you get road runner the coyote will be real mad, he has been tying for years to catch that little fellow.
