Pretty much every question you see about 'office psychopaths' or the 'Collins submarine project' in this area is posted by one (1) user. He has at least three or four accounts which he frequently uses to spam these questions repeatedly and to talk to himself in the answers. As soon as he learned this behaviour would get him reported, he turned all the accounts private at once to make it harder for casual users to smoke him out. He has never accepted email or allowed any kind of contact.

In case you can't tell, I've been watching this fellow's annoying antics for quite some time. It seems to me that given his complete obsession with the subject and his apparent compulsion to bug people about it in inappropriate ways, the biggest psychopath in his life is himself. I've learned, however, that there's pretty much nothing -I- can do about him... at least nothing more that I'm willing to do.

Personally I have no idea, what in actual fact, it is.
To my way of thinking, it is targeted towards someone who takes the 'Work Ethic' to the Nth degree.
I think that the "Instigator", is only trying to seek support for his/her own "INADEQUENCIES", that are making the 'Work Ethic' excessively difficult, hence. The "Instigator"can't handle it, as it is making them look 'Lazy and Stupid' in the eyes of business management when compared with a so called "Office Psycopath". Who is, performing their role above merely adequate, with only seeming additional workload.
