I speak a different language to English and while on holiday in Hawaii and Guam several times I was called ugly to my face (in their language )as I was walking by.
I would like to ounch these people or have them arrested would I have the law on my side ?

what would be the diffeenc if it was said to a ajew or a non white person with N..er or jewboy or slant eyes attached

No, because here in America, calling people names is not considered to be a threat so if you were to retaliate by attacking them physically you would find yourself in jail charged with assault.
If they threaten you with bodily harm and you attack them first, you will go to jail.
If they threaten you and you have no alternative and cannot escape and fear for your life, you must do what you can to defend yourself and of course someone will still be arrested and have to attend court, waste money on attorney fees, probation etc.
It will turn out to be one big mess.

Their behavior was rude, but you cannot punch them or have them arrested -- rudeness is not illegal. (At least in the US - can't say for Guam.)

... and why take a passing comment by a total stranger personally ... ? ... insecurity is useless, and counterproductive

aren't there enough frivolous lawsuits out there??? get over it!!! its not a crime to be ugly,fat or whatever!!! everyone cannot be thin or pretty.it is so not important!!! it is what it is!!!
