yes you can. the bone will grow back a little differently - as in there is usually more calcium build up around that area or the shape is a little different. and I'm not 100% sure but I don't know if in 5 weeks it would be totally healed. you should have it checked they had to re-break my collarbone.

Maybe. MRIs work better at break detection. I shattered my Fibia and it three different sets of xrays could only see a small split and another showed a "faint cloud" but the MRI showed the still healing multiple fractures in the Fibia 5 weeks after the injury.

in short Yes! Your bones heal with scars after an injury. If it really happened 5 weeks ago then it will not be healed so the doc would see it just like any other broken bone only it will have a start of healing.
