Go to Duotrope.com. They not only have an exhaustive list of publications seeking every level, genre' and length of writing and they have a great submission tracker. It is free for writers.

I don't know what you mean by great markets. Most magazines and anthologies that purchase short stories pay between 5 and 25 dollars or 1 - 3 cents per word for stories. You don't get rich on short stories.

One exception I know of is Glimmer Train. They pay considerably more but seek very sophisticated, literary type stories only.
