I'm afraid you can't dear friend. These places are not really cities in the geo-political sense (so they don't have elected mayors)...rather these are premier shopping, residential, business areas and one is even a theme park (Star City).

So was the problem anti-war protestors were blocking access and annoying shop customers? Then did the shop owners petitioned to have control of the sidewalks in front of their shops so they could force the protestors to stop interfering with their businesses? Why shouldn't they? Seems right to me. However I'm not a neo-Marxist, I'm not anti-capitalist, and I know the gross overpopulating of many cultures, and the squandering in ours, causes wars to be necessary. The overpopulating ones must kill their neighbors for more land and we must take the resources we can no longer afford to buy. It's all an old, old story that has now made WW III unavoidable, I suspect. If the overpopulating cultures join the Euro-cultures and stop exploding hordes of people against others, WW IV might not happen.

Well, you're in luck because I just appointed myself Mayor of Eastwood City. My office is inside Starbucks beside A Different Bookstore.

Wait a minute Bopols... hehe - I have a feeling it's a trick question. I also have a feeling that none of those places have a city hall. Am I wrong?

funny day in YAP, rofl! Maybe if you buy lots of properties and lot more ride-all-you-can tickets then maybe you can meet the "big man" of all City Halls you have mentioned =)
