Yes and it is very painful. It was a few years back at Christmas time. I was chewing a piece of licorice and didn't know I had a weak tooth...due to the holiday I had to wait to get into see the dentist... Sorry for your pain.

My son did, I'm sure it's the worse pain anyone can feel. He slipped and slammed his mouth on the coffee table and chipped 2 teeth. His mouth was bleeding and his gums were black. I took him to the dentist, they gave him pain meds but I know it hurt like hell.

I broke an upper front tooth and couldn't live like that so I got a crown that cost me $1200. !!! I guess it was worth it.

on a friggin' CHEERIO, for goodness sake!!!! It broke right in half because of an old filling. Cost $830 for a crown! And, yes, it wasn't much fun!

I chipped a tooth which got infected so I had to get a root canal. There's only one word to describe the pain.. AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
