Again depending on the type of vehicle, but i will assume it is fuel injected. Even tho you have fuel, HOW much fuel pressure do you have? May not be enough to trigger the injectors. Are the injectors pulsing?

there are 3 things the engine needs to start and you only have 2 did you check your air filter? Also you need to say more than what you asked like What year car? Does the engine even turnover whats the batterys voltage we need more info

Water/Condensation in the gas or Timing Belt

depends on the car but they have fusale links in them if one is broken it may not start aswell as some older cars have a ceramic fuse in engine bay and that will let it crank but not fire, if it not them and all fuses are good it could be carby if its carby fed or electrica problem

Its probably the timing...

Could also be a bad mix ratio if it's got a carb... or a blocked air intake.

GOOD gas?
GOOD compression? (on ALL cylinders)
