Be a shoulder for her. Do not try to "make" her tell anyone, that will only make it harder for her to confide in you. Try the scenarios of what you would do in her position. It is solely up to her whether she tells Bob or not. It depends of so many things such has: was he abusive? was he into criminal activity? will it cause her more stress than needed while pregnant? Now later you may want to file legally, this way she can get the financial help that she will be owed, and later the option for the child to know the father if the child choices.
Again...be the shoulder, encourage her to get medical support and take care of herself, and hopefully she will tell her parents...Remind her that her decisions are now shared with the baby... :) Good luck and Give her a Hug!!!

You should be there to listen to her and give her emotional support, but it is not your place to tell anyone including "Bob" about her pregnancy unless she is doing something to harm herself or the baby. For the time being, she needs to accept the position she is in, and will tell others when she feels the time is right. Encourage her to make a doctors appointment and buy some prenatal vitamins from the local drug store.

Yes you should tell him, after all he is the father. Unless "Bob" is an out right looser he has a right to know he is going to be a father.

I don't think you should step into the middle of it. But you can give your friend some advice. The father should deffinetly be told about this pregnancy whether or not they are together. And you should suggest she tell her parents A.S.A.P.
