He'll most likely be treated along the same lines as somebody selling weed, especially if it's a first offense. He really should be punished further because he's giving a drug that may have serious side effects in some people (ie. they take something already that will interact or there are contraindications for that person to use it). But for a first offense I don't think this will be the case. He is being a complete idiot though - because if someone takes it and dies or gets seriously ill he will be partly responsbile which can then open a lot of penalties. This really is stupid. I almost wish he was selling weed instead.

The charge would be, at the least, possession with the intent to distribute and the punishment would depend on what state you are in and how he is charged (as a minor or an adult... you can probably figure on adult if he's over 13). Also, who is he selling to? Friends at school? Add on endangering the welfare of a minor, selling within a school zone is also a possibility depending on where he sold the adderall. Adderall is a narcotic. Selling your prescriptions is not looked upon favorably. You're right, your friend is an idiot. If he goes ahead with his plans, for his own good, you should notify his parents.

the two little ones gets in hassle, no longer basically your boyfriend. by using fact it occurred on college grounds, he would be in so lots greater hassle. i won't be able to be certain without understanding what state you're in, yet maximum states have an more advantageous penalty for promoting drugs interior of one hundred' of a school. some states, it somewhat is one greater fantastic, different states it somewhat is charged a criminal. Adderall is a controlled substance, so the certainty it is not meth or pot may be beside the point. i'm particular he gets a minimum of a twelve months unsupervised probation and a severe financial fantastic. he will possibly get community provider. I doubt he gets penitentiary time, in spite of the undeniable fact that it particularly relies upon on your state's regulations approximately faculties and narcotics. he will possibly be in a international of hassle, nevertheless. Doing that at a school makes it lots worse.

The only way he got it was by being ADDS and so I doubt he would be prosecuted the same as anyone just out to profit. He needs in house therepy where he can't hurt himself or others.some of the main components of Adderall is dextroamphetamine sulfate. Dextroamphetamine sulfate, also known as Dexedrine, is available in a sustained release form as a generic. The savings between Adderall XR and generic Dexedrine ER are significant: 90 dextroamphetamine extended-release capsules cost $20 at a big box retail pharmacy in the United States, while the equivalent 90 Adderall XR® capsules cost $270. The difference, according to some pharmacists, is due to advertising costs for Adderall XR

He'll get convicted of a felony, and might even be tried as an adult. He'll have to pay a few thousand in fines and WILL spend time in prison.

Potential felony conviction, depending on quantity. If he does it on school premises, it makes it worse. Jail/juvenile, potentially until age 21. Stupid.
