Taxes help the poor
The rich don't like to share.
The rich worship money.
((No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon ))

So, let me guess, all of you liberals love lining up at the Post Office on April 15 to submit your offerings to your God, the government?
Loopholes in the tax code are definitely not the sole responsibility of the right side of the aisle. And I'm sure that there are tons upon tons of liberals who buy Turbo Tax, etc. looking for every possible deduction.
The difference between liberals and conservatives?
Conservatives think everyone pays too much in taxes.
Liberals think everyone else doesn't pay enough.

So you do like paying taxes? Fiscal conservatives believe in lowering taxes AND lowering gov't spending so that high high taxes are not necessary. A stark contrast to the left who want to raise taxes in order to take money from those who create most of the jobs in America (80%), the small business people. A fiscal conservative understands that lower taxes means that small business people can grow their businesses better and faster, create more jobs, and sell products at a lower price. Raping the middle and upper class with high taxes is penalty for high acheivement that will make our country suffer.
And by the way, of the money my company brought in this year, 85%+ was spent on "cost of goods", 5% was spent on net payroll (to me) and 6% was spent on taxes, both corp income and payroll taxes. As usual, the left has no idea how taxes work. How many of them can say they paid more in taxes than they paid themselves. Yet, I would be considered an evil conservative trying to take every legal deduction I can find.

The real question is why do you want someone else to pay a higher percentage of THEIR money to the government than YOU pay? I don't begrudge the government for making me pay taxes, however, I think the government finances should be run the same way my finances are. I have x amount of money coming in so, I can't spend anymore than that. If I want something extra or need something, I have to determine what I need to cut out of my budget so I can get it. It's really a simple concept.

The more money you make, the more tax breaks you can qualify for. That is just common sense. And for all the people pretending the rich get all the tax breaks I just remind people about EIC credits for children. That's a huge payoff geared toward the middle and lower classes. Conservatives are responsible with money, where liberals just go blow it on whatever will get them votes. I get a crack out of when people say democrats are for the people. Yeah, their for the people coughing up more taxes to pay for those stupid entitlements.

I dont know of anybody who can actually say they love paying taxes. If they do, they are obviously not paying very much. What I object to is our government apppropriating my hard earned money and redistributing it to persons who are less motivated to go out and earn a living. I am not talking about the disabled persons, rather the moral indigents who choose to sponge off of the government (taxpayers) rather than get a job. I also object to having my taxes increased to fund new entitlement programs such as socialized medicine when I know full well that anyone can go out and purchase medical insurance. Yes its expensive, but like me, you can get a job and pay for it instead of expecting everybody else to pick up the tab for you. In plain english, the government needs to take care of defense, trade, internal security, and diplomacy. Its our own responsibility to take care of ourselves.

Put your facts where your mouth is. What tax loopholes do I have as a Conservative that Liberals don't have?

Wrong. Nice try. Do you have any idea what people making over 100K pay? We live in socialism now, and I cannot understand where the Liberals get this crap. Talk to a tax attorney, and stop looking foolish.

Why wouldn't you be in favor of a way to avoid paying taxes? What's wrong with you? Do you enjoy paying taxes?

Personally I don't know what you are talking about, I am a Conservative and I end up paying several thousand dollars on April 15 of every year.
