Jesus is "included" in every day of my life. He is my Savior and Lord, and I strive every day to live in a way that is pleasing to Him and somehow brings Him honor and glory.
But to answer your question, we always display a nativity scene, sing & play Christmas carols & hymns that focus on the birth of Christ. We read the Christmas story, usually both as part of December worship services at church and at home as a family. I try to attend a Christmas pageant or live nativity scene every year, and also make an effort to visit a nursing home or hospital to sing Christmas carols.
We go to church services as we do every Sunday and Wednesday, where we will celebrate Christ's birth and also His crucifixion and resurrection. My family is planning to sing special music at one of the services--probably "Beautiful Star of Bethlehem". This year I gave an offering at church for needy families, but in years past I have looked for special projects such as Angel Tree or Toys for Tots to give something without expecting anything in return.
I also try to eliminate as much of the secular and commercial aspects of the holiday as I can so that our family can focus on the reason for the season. We purposely don't do all the elaborate decorations, and I refuse to attend "holiday parties" where the focus is on boozing and schmoozing!
Jesus was born in a stable for a reason--His birth never has been about glitz and glamour and hoop-la. I look for ways to find this simple grace and humble obedience to God's will. It's about peace on earth and inner joy despite our outward circumstances. All Jesus wants for Christmas (and always) is our contrite and sincere hearts loving and serving Him.

We attend church services all season, for one thing, but primarily we do it the same way we include him in anything we do: by being the best people we can and following the Golden Rule.

There's no Jesus in Christmas. It's just a way for the rich people to get richer.

What has he got to do with celebrating the winter solstice? You must be mixing up religion with nature.
