It depends what you mean by that. Would I give up things to make my life better so my kids could have a better life. of course.
I would never quit a job or move somewhere just because some guy would want me to because he would be happy. Between partners love is a give and take, a compromise. I would die for my kids

I gave up my happiness to be sure the one I loved would find the girl that is best for him. I love him still but know I he could do better than me.
