No...never get a pain in my stomach. When I sneeze, three things happen, always in this order...
1) I burp
2) I fart
3) I immediately sing a random note (laaaaaaaaaaa)....for approximately 5 seconds

well, my tummy hurts right now whenever i sneeze/burp/cough because earlier today I got accidentally kicked. Maybe it's because you're sneezing hard and straining your abs?
